Celebrate National Poetry Month Poetry with NBA Finalist Ada Limón and Jennifer L. Knox

Jennifer L. Knox, lecturer, English, Iowa State University. The New York Times Book Review said her new book, Days of Shame and Failure, “hits, with deceptive ease, all the poetic marks a reader could want: intellectual curiosity, emotional impact, beautiful language, surprising revelation and arresting imagery.” Jennifer is also the author of four books of poems. Her work has appeared four times in the Best American Poetry series as well as The New York Times, The New Yorker, and American Poetry Review.

Ada Limón is the author of four books of poetry, including Bright Dead Things, which was named a finalist for the 2015 National Book Award in Poetry and one of the Top Ten Poetry Books of the Year by The New York Times. She serves on the faculty of Queens University of Charlotte Low Residency M.F.A program, and the 24Pearl Street online program for the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center.
