Canadian officials and scholars from both the United States and Canada convened at a conference March 7-8, 2019 at Iowa State University. The host location was particularly significant, considering Canada is Iowa’s largest trading partner. Iowa exports $4.0 billion yearly in goods and services to Canada and imports $2.7 billion from Canada annually.
Prior to the conference, associate professor Jim McCormick was a guest on WHO-TV to discuss the implications of Canadian-American relations. (Due to trademark restrictions, a link is not available).
