Dan Winters, co-anchor of WHO-TV, will moderate a panel of communication experts on “What Work Will Teach You” as part of the Spring 2014 Futures Forum, scheduled from 6-7:30 p.m. in Carver Hall 0001 on April 10.
“This is a topic that should appeal to every Iowa State major, especially those in the Greenlee School,” said Michael Bugeja, director. “College can prepare you for the experience. Work will give you it.”
Karol Nickell, chair of the Greenlee Advisory Council, will give the welcome and make introductions at the event.
Panelists include Brennan Buckley, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Iowa Realty; Emily Caropreso, Director of Communications, Iowa Credit Union League; Barb Iverson, President, Financial Services, Weber Shandwick; and Kathie Obradovich, Political Columnist, Des Moines Register.
The session, sponsored by the William F. and Linda Z. Tubbs Futures Forums Endowment Fund, is open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
