Report generation in legacy systems discontinued

Author: Troy Rutter

A reminder on behalf of the WorkCyte Phase II: Student Information and Receivables project leaders.

As you are aware, we are in the final stages of our move to production. This is a very critical time for successful implementation and the project team needs your support.

Effective immediately, report requests for data from our legacy systems, including AccessPlus and ADIN, will be discontinued. Supporting these efforts is pulling resources from the project team at a critical time. In addition, we will be evaluating existing report requests and determining the level of importance. It is anticipated that these requests will be also be denied.

As part of this transition, all reports will be moved to Workday. This is a first step in the process.

Your teams have been copied, yet we also request that you share this information so they are aware of this change.

To provide additional information and for your awareness, Workday data conversion begins January 26. To complete the transition, more than 32 million rows of student information and decades worth of data from legacy systems will be moved into Workday. There will be periods when we experience delays in the system. This process will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from January 27 until February 23. Students, faculty and staff will start using the system March 4.

Please contact either of us with any questions.

Thank you for your ongoing support of this project.
