With the benefit of Jumpstart funds, the university will be running multiple grant writing workshops this year:
- The Writing Winning Grant Proposals phase I workshop will be on Oct 27, and faculty should register by Oct 12. This workshop is broadly applicable to many different types of proposals. See additional information here https://research.iastate.edu/event/write-winning-grant-proposals-2/
- Faculty fellow Geetu Tuteja will be running grant workshops focused on National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants, and the first workshop will be Oct 19. Interested faculty should register here: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ef918e3114a744b3af2dd688645a9659
- Faculty fellow Yue Wu will be running grant workshops focused on DOD grants (more information forthcoming)
