Call for Proposals: Spectrum of Innovation Panel

Author: Troy Rutter

The College of Design invites proposals to present your work as part of the Spectrum of Innovation Panel planned for the university’s IGNITE Week in May.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are two foundational cornerstones of the Iowa State mission. Iowa State’s renowned faculty and staff are deeply engaged in innovative, creative, and meaningful research, making a difference state- and worldwide.

The College of Design invites submissions from scholars across the university to share your innovative work with our community. How is your research and scholarship moving Innovation + Entrepreneurship (I+E) forward in your college? How does your work relate to the panel theme, “Ecology of Care”?

Each panelist will have 20 slides, for 20 seconds each, for a total presentation time of 6 minutes and 40 seconds. Panelists will be selected by College of Design Innovation Scholars Raluca Iancu, Jiwnath Ghimire and Daejin Kim.

Proposal Instructions

Faculty, staff and graduate students from all disciplines are encouraged to submit panel presentation proposals. Email Raluca Iancu, riancu@iastate.edu, with the subject line: 2023 I+E Panel and include:
