New program launches: Take a stroll, reduce stress

ISU WellBeing and the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) have launched a new program to reduce stress, improve concentration and practice mindfulness. Strolls for Well-Being at ISU: Press Pause & Take a Break, is a 3-part, interactive mindfulness experience.
Although the program launched on April 6, newcomers are welcome to join the April 20th and May 4 strolls from 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Participants meet in room 2206 in the Student Innovation Center.
To register, visit Learn@ISU and log in with your Net-ID. Select “Schedule” from the top and search for “Strolls.”
Strolls is a great option for individuals, groups or teams.

If you’re unable to join the spring strolls program, a summer strolls program is just around the corner. Summer dates will be announced in the near future.
