The February 10 deadline is approaching to complete the WorkCyte Phase II Readiness Assessment survey. All Iowa State University employees are encouraged to complete the survey.

The survey has been enabled to anonymize responses, and all anonymized responses are confidential. The survey results are also analyzed in aggregate.
This Readiness Assessment survey asks questions to gauge how familiar employees are with the WorkCyte Phase II project to implement the Workday Student and Receivables software. The survey also asks, more generally, respondents’ views on change. Responses to these questions will help the project’s internal change management team develop and leverage the right communication channels, with the right content. The more survey data available, the better the change team can guide the transition to the new Workday software.
