LAS women selected for Carrie Chapman Catt Center 2022 calendar

Women selected as honorees on the 2021 and 2022 Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics “ISU Women Impacting ISU” calendars were honored in a ceremony on January 25 in the Memorial Union. Because the 2021 calendar reception was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, both the 2021 and 2022 honorees were recognized at the reception.
Women from LAS selected for the 2022 calendar include:
- Heike Hofmann, professor of statistics and professor in charge of data science
- Xuan Hien Nguyen, associate professor of mathematics
- Mariana Gonzalez, a senior in political science and public relations
Women from LAS selected for the 2021 calendar include:
- Geetu Tuteja, associate professor of genetic, development and cell biology
- Ebby Luvaga, teaching professor of economics
