With the new year underway, the WorkCyte Phase II Change Management Team looks forward to engaging with all ISU faculty and staff members as we prepare to expand Workday use on the ISU campus through the WorkCyte Phase II: Student Information and Receivables project.
We recognize that embracing changes of this magnitude can be difficult. Our change management team is here to support you by providing clear communication to help you stay connected and engaged, offering mechanisms for you to share feedback, and developing training materials and opportunities to help you explore new functionality as it becomes available.

As part of this effort, our team has developed an organizational readiness assessment to collect feedback about your current level of awareness of the project scope. This brief survey will ask you to rate your understanding of the project’s organizational vision and how the implementation of Workday Student may impact your day-to-day job functions.
Our goal is to learn more about the needs of ISU employees and enable our team to provide support through this change journey. Information gathered from the survey will guide our team in creating timely communications, training events, and hands-on demonstration workshops.
