Campus leaders recently met to discuss how to best navigate the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and its possible impact on ISU’s fall recognition ceremonies.
Recognizing the accomplishments and commitment of our alumni and friends is always a special time, and we want to ensure that we are honoring our award recipients in safe and inclusive manner. With the health and safety of the ISU community in mind, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has decided to postpone its Honors and Awards Program originally scheduled for Oct. 15, 2020.
In addition, the ISU Alumni Association will also postpone its Honors and Awards Program originally scheduled for Oct. 16, 2020. Campus leaders will meet again later in the semester to determine alternate dates and plans for these events.
