Dear Colleagues,

As we navigate the COVID-19 emergency, Iowa State University remains committed to you and your wellbeing, and we would like to better understand how this unprecedented situation is affecting you as a member of our campus community. We know these circumstances are challenging and disruptive – whether you are working from home or on campus.

The results of this survey will provide a university-wide look at what we can do to better support our faculty and staff, how we can strengthen our response and communication efforts, and what issues are emerging across campus that we should focus on. We will not be able to identify you through this survey, so if you have an immediate, individual concern or need, please reach out to your supervisor for assistance.
