Dr. Norbert Tavares, program manager at the NIH-NCL Center for Strategic Scientific Initiatives and a 2017-19 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science and Technology Policy Fellow, will present a one-hour seminar about NIH funding mechanisms, common things to know, available tools and more. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
There are also times slotted after the presentation to have a 20-minute consultation with Dr. Tavares. These consultations are limited to the first few people to sign up, so move fast to secure your place.
The workshop will take place on April 17th at 9:00 – 10:00 am in 206 Durham Hall.
