Due April 17: Congratulate LAS graduating seniors on the Hilton videoboard
During LAS Convocation on Friday, May 10, in Hilton Coliseum, LAS will display messages to graduating seniors on the Hilton videoboard. This is a great way to make a positive impact on our new alumni and their families.
LAS departments, faculty, and staff are invited to submit content to be included on the videoboard. Messages can be as simple as a single sentence.
There are two ways to submit:
1) Design your own slides. Files should be sized 1920(w) x 1080(h) and should be .jpg files. Any slides with text should be on an ISU red or black background (not white) so that the text shows up clearly. Please use the University’s fonts in your design: Univers or ITC Berkeley Old Style. You can include multiple slides. They will be shown on a timed loop with a pause between each slide.
2) Email your message and/or photos and LAS Communications will design a slide for you.
The names of all LAS graduating seniors will also be featured on the scrolling display in Hilton throughout the ceremony.
