The Council for Opportunity in Education and the Center for First-Generation Student Success have designated November 8th as First-Generation College Celebration. The event will be from 11am-1pm in 302 Catt Hall. This is a come and go event with refreshments, ISU First Gen buttons, and banners for students, staff and faculty to share what being a first-generation student means to them. If faculty and staff can commit to 30-minutes to assist with the event and meet with LAS first-generation college students, please fill in the form below. Everyone is free to stop in during the event. The event is coordinated by Christy Oxendine, LAS Multicultural Liaison Officer and co-sponsored with the LAS Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
