The Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost has allocated funds to support professional development of lecturers/senior lecturers, clinicians/senior clinicians, clinical and adjunct faculty. Applications from faculty without access to professional development support from their departments are particularly encouraged to apply. Faculty interested in applying for up to $500 to participate in a professional conference, workshop, or training are encouraged to carefully review the guidelines.
Applications are due December 15 for conferences/workshops taking place between January 1 and June 30, 2018. Awards will be competitively allocated and recipients will be notified within 3 weeks of the deadline. Details on the submission process and a link to the application form are available online.
Note: Abstracts for conference presentations do not need to have been accepted at the time of submission of the request for funds.
