Each semester, Liberal Arts and Sciences Career Services co-hosts two large career fairs!
Wednesday, February 10
People to People Career Fair – Scheman Building –1:00-5:00 p.m.
Employers in the fields of Social Services, Health/Wellness, Government, and Hospitality.
*Also includes professional schools in the areas of health and law
Business, Industry & Technology Career Fair – HiltonColiseum – 12:00-6:00 p.m.
Liberal Arts and Sciences students should consider attendingboth career fairs. These are rareopportunities to connect with over 200 employers!

Get Ready for The Career Fairs
In order to prepare for the career fairs, remember to:
· Make time for the career fairs by resolving scheduling conflicts. Ask if classes can be made up. Make adjustments to work schedules, if necessary
· Bring copies of your perfected resume
· Dress in business professional (a suit or other conservative, dressy outfit)
· Research companies beforehand in CyHire (www.cyhire.iastate.edu/students)
· Prepare a 30 second introduction with your name, degree, skills, and an intriguing question about the employer or fact about yourself
