Oct. 24: Digital Humanities Symposium, “Reflecting Past and Present: 19th Century Humanities in a Digital Age”

The symposium increases general awareness of methods and research opportunities in digital humanities using specific exemplars from studies in 19th-century art and literature as a unified point of departure. This symposium is for humanistic scholars in any discipline and research area. The format includes four guest speakers discussing their work in DH, leading lunch-table discussions, and reviewing the DH experience and research potential in a concluding panel. Registration is required for lunch-table discussions.
