William Halterman, Senior ERD Machinist, Department of Chemistry, has received the 2015 Merit Excellence award.
He will be recognized at the Liberal Arts and Sciences Fall Convocation and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, September 10, at 3:30 p.m. in the Sun Room of the Memorial Union.
Merit Excellence Recognizes and honors Merit employees who have achieved excellence in their respective fields:
• William Halterman, Senior ERD Machinist, Department of Chemistry. Halterman joined the Iowa State community in 2009 as a Senior ERD Machinist in the machine shop in Gilman Hall. He is known for his outstanding ability to work with clients on design, the excellent quality of his work, and the pride of ownership in everything he does. Halterman is an outstanding colleague, whose projects support both the teaching and research missions of Iowa State University.See all 2015 faculty and staff awards.
