Iowa State students, faculty and staff are encouraged to join the Greenlee School for a remembrance of the two reporters who were killed Wednesday while reporting in Moneta, Virginia. Though this event has shaken the journalism community, this event will provide a chance to display solidarity with the WDBJ family and remember the young journalists Alison Parker, 24, and Adam Ward, 27, whose lives were taken too soon.
We will meet at 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning on the north side of the Campanile to show our support and share a moment of silence at 7:45 a.m. Any and all are welcome to attend.
