LAS recognizes 20 college alumni during Homecoming week

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University will recognize 20 alumni on Thursday, Oct. 9, at its annual Honors and Awards Ceremony at the Scheman Building.

The ceremony will take place during the university’s 102nd annual homecoming week festivities, which culminate Saturday, Oct. 11, with the football game between Iowa State and Toledo.

Five LAS alums are receiving Iowa State University Alumni Association awards, five are receiving Liberal Arts and Sciences awards, and 10 will be recognized by LAS academic departments.
