The LAS college is very much interested in the careers of our associate professors and the process by which they become promoted to full. Every year we run a workshop where the dean and associate deans discuss the process and some of the key considerations that the college brings to the review. As an associate professor you are invited to attend. There will be a short presentation from the deans with plenty of opportunities to answer any questions you might have. We will even spring for coffee and cookies!
