World Languages and Cultures German students to take part in fellowship

Iowa State student Cole Hoven and recent graduate A’Tres Norwood have been selected to participate in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals, a year-long, federally-funded fellowship for study and work in Germany. Both studied German in ISU’s Department of World Languages and Cultures. Hoven and Norwood were selected as two of 75 participants (among more than 600 applicants) for the fellowship program. Since 1984, over 1,650 Americans have been awarded this opportunity to gain cultural, theoretical and practical work experience in Germany.
